The coffee shop is our community's daily gathering place. Others come for great coffee, food, and baked items and find new friends, an authentic expression of community, and often receive an invitation to one of our upcoming community events.

Our non-profit organization operates out of "the upper room" above the coffee shop. This is where we host community bible studies, worship and prayer gatherings, men's and women's ministry events, and more. Together we've installed a local community garden, do regular homeless outreach, host community meals, and lots more.

A wellness center dedicated to the idea that mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness are equally as important to our overall health and wellness as exercise. We use free nutritional coaching as a gateway to discipleship. We regularly host free community wellness events. We host bible talks in the sauna and use the cold plunge as a holistic tool for mental health maintenance. Our motto is "get well and stay well, together."
